We are looking for

Accountant (m/f/d) in global corporate environment

at the site Pfullingen (Germany / hybrid)

Your tasks:

An exciting opportunity for accountants who don't just want to book, but have a desire to learn more: With us, you will take over operational accounting in the parent company of our globally active group of companies and actively shape the change from a national to an international accounting approach:

• The preparation of the individual financial statements (monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements) at local level in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) falls within your area of responsibility
• You will actively contribute your expertise to help shape local processes and standards in an international environment and drive the continuous improvement of our accounting practices
• You will coordinate intercompany settlements and reconciliations with international subsidiaries and foreign operations
• You will perform G/L account postings and take care of the maintenance and reconciliation of accounts
• As an internal contact person for accounting, you will contribute to smooth cooperation between the departments (e.g. with Controlling and tax department)

Your profile:

• Completed studies or training in the field of finance, accounting, controlling or similar
• At least 3 years of practical experience in balance sheet accounting or related; ideally in the automotive sector
• Sound knowledge of HGB accounting standards and the preparation of annual financial statements; knowledge of IFRS is also desirable
• Proactivity, the desire to work in an international environment and ideally SAP user skills (SAP FI)
• Fluent German and good English skills
