Customer Service & Production Planning Responsible

at one of our locations in Fit Voltaira Morocco - in Tangier, Morocco

Your tasks:

• Supervising day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
• Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner.
• Creating effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards
• Developing customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
• Implementing an effective customer loyalty program.
• Maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions.
• Assessing service statistics and preparing detailed reports on your findings.
• Ensure the KPIs defined for the service
• Adopt all susceptible preventives to participate in the improvement of quality product using a daily follow up of production produced and share all information of issues found to quality staff to avoid customer’s claims.
•  Ensure the respect of the rules of the EHS / 5S / QMS by the team in their work area
• Contribution to the effectiveness of the quality management system, including the benefits of improved performance.
• The implications of not conforming with the quality management system requirements.
• Ensure the respect of the rules of the EHS / 5S / QMS
• Provides overall management of division-related to Scheduling issues. 
• Preparation of weekly production plan according to customer requirement and capacity installed.
• Orders Analysis and ensure the availability of necessary material to realize the customer requests.

• Bac + 5 Logistics and International transportation Engineering Management
• Experience of 4 years in the field of automotive wiring
• Knowledge & control of all Supply Chain links
• Knowledge of logistics system concepts, tools and methods
• Knowledge of the concepts, tools & methods of logistics system (SAP, EDI, MRP calculation, ...)
• Computer skills (Excel, Power point, Word…)
• Knowledge of root cause detection tools & methods & problem solving (PDCA,5WHY, 5M, 8D, QRQC, AC, brainstorming…)
• Organizational skills
• Analytical spirit
• Spirit of synthesis
