We are looking for

Customer Service Specialist 

at our location in Comonfort, Gto (México).

Your tasks:

• Maintain communication with the client as frequently as each client requests.

• Receive (PDF, EDI, portals depending on the client), analyze, and provide timely feedback to the client regarding variations in demand.

• Update client requirements in SAP (manual demand or closed purchase orders) and monitor for automatic demand transmission errors (EMFOR).

• Generate shipping plans (as frequently as each client requests), inform the warehouse, and monitor compliance.

• Monitor that shipments to the client are made in a timely manner and inform the client if required.

• After shipment, send the applicable documentation to each client (packing list, invoice, ASN, etc. as applicable).

Your profile:

1.- 2 years of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing company, preferably automotive

2.- Intermediate English

3.- SAP Knowledge
