We are looking for

Manufacturing Engineer

at our location in Comonfort, Gto (México).

Your tasks:

- Development of production methods, design and propose more efficient manufacturing methods and processes including the optimization of workflows, cycle times and resource utilization.
- Review, generate and update standard operation documents (FMEA, Process Sheets, Work Instructions) and all engineering documentation related to the online process.
- Generate capacity sheets and standardized work.
- Carry out line balancing according to the client's requirements (takt time).
- Project management, coordinate process improvement projects from planning to implementation ensuring deadlines and budget are met.
- Support analysis for problem solving and implementation of corrective actions to the process.
- Provide maintenance and control the standard operation documents (DF, FMEA, HVP, IO).

Your profile:

• Experience: 2 years in Process engineering in the automotive industry
• Experience in Core tools, Lean /Production
• Language: Intermediate level English
