We are looking for

IT System Administrator (m/f/d) Helpdesk / Support

at our location in Germany, Pfullingen

Your tasks:

• Coordination and documentation of incoming support requests locally as well as in a global international environment
• Close cooperation and interface function with other IT teams
• Remote user support in the first level area
• Planning, installation/configuration of internal systems as well as troubleshooting
• Providing standard software and setting up various industry-specific special applications
• Participation in various projects and different administrative tasks, as well as the further development of company standards and IT processes

• Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of practical experience in IT support / system administration
• Enjoy finding solutions in the area of IT infrastructure
• Fluency in German and English
• Reliability, a structured way of working and team spirit
