We are looking for

Production Team Leader

at one of our locations in
Asia Region - in India (Pune, Lonikand)

Your tasks:

Take the next step in your career with us in a global innovative (automotive) environment:

Production order releasing in SAP, Submit to the stores, and material issue for all the lines for two shifts.
Facilitating production line with Man, material and documents (i.e. Setup approval, 4M change, Resource requisition etc.).
Production order release and confirmation in SAP. Hourly productivity monitoring and updation in the system.
Work closely with other departments for the process improvements and product quality assurance.
Enforce and implement the IATF 16949 Quality Management system and ISO 14001.
Responsible for rework, Defects root cause analysis.
Ensuring that the production is cost effective.
Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs.

Job requirements

Diploma/Degree
Production efficiency, Discipline and 5S monitoring on Shopfloor.
Should be skilled at written & verbal communication
New operator training and updating skill matrix.
Production/Electrical/Electronics
Experience in production of wire harness processes.
Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
Years of Experience 4-5 Years
