We are looking for

AP Accountant (Hungary)

at one of our locations in Veszprém

Your tasks:

• Processing invoices from different suppliers (PO & Non-PO invoices as well)

• Auditing, reconciliation, accounting

• Keep in contact with the suppliers & other departments in case of any issues

• Participation in monthly closing tasks, performance of reporting tasks

• Processing of outstanding items

• Manage shared email boxes

• Ensure compliance with applicable standards (i.e. Hungarian and German GAAP), rules, regulations, and systems of internal control

• Knowledge new accounting policies, standards, and guidelines

• Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information

• Posting of bank statements

• Preparation of documents for month and year-end closing

• Supplier account reconciliation, and managing vendor balances

• Participation and support in projects (e.g. testing, process optimization, etc.)

• Accounting and Finance degree or equivalent

• Strong English language knowledge

• Relevant experience 2-5 years as AP Accountant

  Advantages

• Good SAP-knowledge in FI/CO

• Gook knowledge of Hungarian GAAP

• Good MS-Office skills, especially MS Excel

• Basic knowledge of German GAP (HGB) and IFRS (would be an advantage)
