We are looking for

Automation Engineer

at one of our locations in Asia region - Hai Phong/Vietnam

Your tasks:

Take the next step in your career with us in a global innovative (automotive) environment:

•         Conduct line walks to identify opportunities for applying Automation / AI solutions on the shopfloor.

•         Study and research new Automation/AI technologies applicable to the harness production field.

•         Collaborate with global teams to share and collect new automation/AI initiatives.

•         Prepare automation proposals based on before/after automation analysis.

•         Work with suppliers to define cost-effective automation concepts.

•         Calculate project profit & loss (P&L) to assess solution feasibility and support investment approval.

•         Work with suppliers to install and test JIGs/Machines upon delivery.

•         Conduct try-outs and machine buy-off prior to mass production use.

•         Collaborate with the EM (Equipment Maintenance) team to monitor and ensure machine performance.

•         Cooperate with CFT (Cross-Functional Team) to analyze root causes, evaluate issues, and take corrective actions for all VOC (Voice of Customer) feedback.

•         Prepare machine documentation and ensure smooth handover to maintenance team for future operation and support.

• Bachelor’degree, majoring in Automation, Mechatronics…

• Good at English

• Good communication skills

• Have 3 years experiences in automation machine

• Flexibility and ability to work under high pressure
