Job description

The Voltaira group (formerly Prettl SWH), headquartered in Pfullingen, Germany, develops, produces and sells complex cable solutions for the international automotive industry. Key applications include electromobility, active and passive safety, driver assistance systems, engine and powertrain as well as emission reduction and fuel efficiency. We are looking for

Key Account Manager

for Voltaira Shanghai at Songjiang area


Your tasks:

  1. Pay regular visits to customer and keep good relationships with Key customer.

  2. Achieve the sales and profit target of new project and product in BP for his / her own customer.

  3. Support for project including VAVE, localization. Follow up and supervise new product and new project management.

  4. Negotiation with customer for commercial (annual prices, account receivable), engineering change request and delivery problems, etc.

  5. Keep a balance between customer needs and company benefit to maintain sound business relationship.

  6. Clarify OPL and deal with RFQ according to internal standard process, make reasonable quotation with team.

  7. Customer strategy setup and support sales director to create sales strategy.

  8. Deal with emergent cases regarding to customer special requirements, involve in all relative departments and provide good service to achieve customer satisfaction.

  9. Complete other tasks assigned by sales director and feedback promptly.

Job requirements

  1. Bachelor Degree or above, Marketing or engineering or other relevant disciplines.

  2. Familiar with Marketing ,Business Management , contract Law , Financial Knowledge , Cost Sense;

  3. Automotive Industry Experience required -3 years minimum

  4. Greater than 5 years of related Sales or engineering experience.

  5. Good communication ability

  6. Good Team Players.
