We are looking for

Operational Excellence Coordinator

Requirements

Industrial Engineering or similar.
3 years in a similar position, in the automotive industry.

Knowledge in savings against sales due to WAVE initiatives

Evaluation of 5S's at plant level

Experience with improvement ideas implemented per month

At our location in Comonfort, Guanajuato (México).

Your tasks:

Take the next step in your career with us in a global innovative (automotive) environment:

• Plan, propose and execute improvements in production lines.

• Deployment of the EVEREST program

• Registration of Wave Savings Initiatives

• Execution and validation of Wave Savings initiatives

• Study of time and motion, line balancing

• Facilitate Kaizen Events

• Ensure that the 5S system is implemented

• Ensure the SMED culture

• Train and enable staff in Lean tools

• Participate in the required Governance

• Daily Gemba walks per shift

• Participate in analysis and problem solving, as well as in 8Ds

• Manage and develop the staff under your charge
