We are looking for

Process Engineer

for Voltaira Wuhu at Anhui,Wuhu,Jiujiang area

Your tasks:

1. New product process & PFMEA design, production capacity and layout design.
2. Guidance for new product Prototype /OTS/PPAP sample production.
3. Assist sales dept. for the new project feasibility analysis.
4. Responsible for communicate with customer for process technology.
5. Support project dept. submitting PPAP relevant process documents.
6. Maintain production line capacity and process design optimization, assist the analysis of abnormal production line problem, dominate the process improvement.
7. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

1. Bachelor degree or above in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing.
2. Experience on LEAN manufacturing.
3. Familiar with motion analysis methods, such as the MOD.
4. At least 1 year IE experiences in manufacture industry or related working experiences.
5. Independently design the product manufacturing process.
6. Proficient the seven skills of IE improvement.
7. Good Office software and AutoCAD skill.
8. Keen observation ability, good at discovering problems.
