We are looking for

Production Supervisor 
at our location in Comonfort, Gto (México).

Your tasks:

• Monitor daily the Line Production Plan and how many operators are required to comply with it.

• Personnel management, conflict management, incident management, staff training, staff development, staff evaluation

• Supervise, lead, coach, train, develop and motivate line operators in their operations

• Effectively, efficiently, and directly lead, direct, and supervise assigned operators and group leaders under their responsibility in achieving the objectives of their production area.

• Monitor process release: safety devices, parameter sheet, hand tools, etc.

• Support and assist shift leaders when they are having trouble executing their daily duties.

• Monitor the achievement of established line KPI targets.

Your profile:

1.- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing company, preferably automotive

2.- Effective, efficient and direct supervision of operators and group or team leaders in production lines: personnel management, conflict management, incidents, management and achievement of objectives/indicators.
