We are looking for

MRO Purchasing Engineer

for Voltaira Shanghai at Songjiang area

Your tasks:

1. Managing the responsible commodity function

2. 
   Implementation and realization of agreed KPI´s

3. Responsible for the implementation of the developed strategies based on the agreed goals

4. Regional cost reduction for responsible procurement spend

5. Development and implementation of commercial ratio projects

6. Ensure enough needed capacity at responsible suppliers for Voltaira needs (one voice)

7. Securing supply for regional needs within the escalation model
   

8. Supplier reduction based on commodity strategy
   

9. Contract management with supplier

10. Award of new business

11. Data maintanance supported by Associated Buyer

1. Master's degree or above.
2. At least 3 years of functional business experiences in procurement
3. Be familiar with global matrix organization
4. Be able to make the PUR plan according with the actual demand and the raw materials’ lead/time.
5. Good negotiation skill and coordination ability.
6. Great logic idea and sensitive to data.
7. Very strong in English listening、speaking、reading and writing.
