We are looking for

Supply Chain Manager

at one of our locations in Fit Voltaira Morocco - in Tangier, Morocco

Your tasks:

• Coordinate every aspect of the supply chain, including planning, sourcing, manufacturing, delivery, and disposal.

• Maintain low costs while striving for high efficiency.

• Develop and monitor the company’s supply chain strategy.

• Follow up on all department activities.

• Maintain frequent and effective communication with other departments and provide support when needed.

• Promote and communicate FVMA’s guiding principles and objectives to team members.

• Conduct frequent meetings with team members, define tasks to be completed, and set deadlines in meeting minutes.

• Define and implement necessary work instructions for the department.

• Collaborate with various services or departments.

• Strengthen teamwork and collaboration.

• Report department operations to hierarchical superiors.

• Enforce internal company regulations.

• Fully implement the Quality Management System (QMS).

• Monitor procedures and internal indicators for supply chain management.

• Ensure the deployment of customer objectives defined by General Management, PKK, and the client.

• Maintain a professional relationship with PKK and the client.

• Escalate issues to management when support is needed.

• Ensure compliance with EHS / 5S / QMS rules by the team in their work area.

• Contribute to the effectiveness of the quality management system, including performance improvement benefits.

• Understand the implications of non-compliance with quality management system requirements.

• Minimum: Master’s degree in industrial engineering.

• Knowledge and mastery of all links in the supply chain.

• Understanding of logistics systems concepts, tools, and methods.

• Knowledge of IT logistics systems (SAP, EDI, MRP calculation, Seeburger…).

• Mastery of manufacturing processes and methods in the automotive wiring sector.

• Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word…).

• Familiarity with root cause analysis tools and problem-solving methods (PDCA, Pareto Diagram, FMEA, MRP, 5M, 8D, brainstorming…).

• Knowledge of ISO 50001 standard.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Analytical mindset.

• Ability to synthesize information.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Team spirit, strong teaching ability, and interpersonal skills.

• Management capacity, leadership behavior, autonomy, initiative, and open-mindedness.

• Team management (ability to coach, lead, train, coordinate, and evaluate team performance).

• Conflict management and good listening skills.

• Languages: Bilingual: French / English.
