Job description
- Should be excellent in RFQ management-Preparation of Quotation & Cost break-up. Price negotiation with customer
- Coordination with internal departments i.e engineering, purchase, project management departments for sales related commercial activities.
- Techno-commercial knowledge of wiring harness (preferred)
- Sales Budget preparation.
- Responsible for achieving the budgeted sales.
- Customer payment recovery activities Price increase-price decrease, Supplementary invoices - Debtors.
- Sales documentation: MIS report, PO history, customer docket, Grow-LIST, One pager, ECN history etc
- Strong knowledge of Indian automotive market, Tier1 customers and EV market
- Customer communication skill
- Presentation skill
- SAP- SD module
Job requirements
- Minimum 7-9 years Sales & Marketing experience in Automotive / wiring harness industry.
- Candidate should have knowledge of RFQ process, minimum level of product costing & new customer penetration
- Commercials knowledge & having ability to handle independently & interact with OEM's and do negotiations.
- Having sound knowledge on technical presentation, reviews & discussion with customer.
- Good understanding of Costing & Pricing
- Strong communication skills – interpersonal, presentation and written
- Proficiency in English.
- Good Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to build rapport.
- Time management and planning skills.
