Job description

  • Should be excellent in RFQ management-Preparation of Quotation & Cost break-up. Price negotiation with customer
  • Coordination with internal departments i.e engineering, purchase, project management departments for sales related commercial activities.
  • Techno-commercial knowledge of wiring harness (preferred)
  • Sales Budget preparation.
  • Responsible for achieving the budgeted sales.
  • Customer payment recovery activities Price increase-price decrease, Supplementary invoices - Debtors.
  • Sales documentation: MIS report, PO history, customer docket, Grow-LIST, One pager, ECN history etc
  • Strong knowledge of Indian automotive market, Tier1 customers and EV market
  • Customer communication skill
  • Presentation skill
  • SAP- SD module

Job requirements

  • Minimum 7-9 years Sales & Marketing experience in Automotive / wiring harness industry.
  • Candidate should have knowledge of RFQ process, minimum level of product costing & new customer penetration
  • Commercials knowledge & having ability to handle independently & interact with OEM's and do negotiations.
  • Having sound knowledge on technical presentation, reviews & discussion with customer.
  • Good understanding of Costing & Pricing
  • Strong communication skills – interpersonal, presentation and written
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Good Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to build rapport.
  • Time management and planning skills.
