We are looking for
Head of Controlling in One Mobility Holding (m/f/d)
at one of our locations in Germany - in Pfullingen and Hausen i.W.
Your tasks:
The Head of Controlling at One Mobility Holding is responsible for leading and coordinating all controlling activities across the organization. This includes oversight of FP&A, Productcontrolling (Business unit1 - Voltaira & Business unit2 - Autolabel), Functionalcontrolling, Projectcontrolling, and Operationscontrolling. The role ensures financial transparency, strategic alignment, and operational excellence through effective planning, analysis, and governance.
• Lead the controlling organization across all domains including FP&A, Productcontrolling, Functionalcontrolling, Projectcontrolling, and Operationscontrolling.
• Develop and implement group-wide global controlling policies, standards, and tools.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis (FP&A).
• Ensure profitability and cost transparency across all business units (Productcontrolling).
• Provide controlling support to central functions such as Sales, Procurement, R&D, Logistics, and HR (Functionalcontrolling).
• Supervise project budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio analysis (Projectcontrolling).
• Ensure accurate cost center accounting and production KPI tracking at manufacturing sites (Operationscontrolling).
• Drive harmonization and continuous improvement of controlling processes.
• Support the CFO with strategic financial insights and executive reporting.
• Lead and develop a high-performing controlling team.
Job requirements
Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in controlling or financial leadership roles in the manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of FP&A, cost accounting, investment analysis, and BI tools.
Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in a multi-BU or holding-based organization is a plus.
