We are looking for

Industrialization engineer

at one of our locations in
Fit Voltaira Morocco - in Tangier, Morocco

Your tasks:

Take the next step in your career with us in a global innovative environment:

• Conceptualize manufacturing plan (Layout, equipment, process time, packaging plan, …)

• Define necessary invest for manufacturing plan

• Define equipment specification (equipment validation plan, MSA, safety standards)

• Collaborate with R&D and design teams to ensure manufacturability and scalability of new products.

• Coordinate with supplier (or eq. & auto.) for development and validation of equipment.

• Lead the SAT, FAT (Site acceptance test, factory acceptance test)

• Coordinate implementation of manufacturing plan in the plant (facility, instructions, data acquisition, maintenance plan)

• Creation of P-FMEA with supplier / eq. Auto. team

• Coordinate sample build activities.

• Participate in PPAP process

• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to the project team

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies

• Industrial / Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering / or BAC+4 with experience 3 years in similar tasks

• Project Management skills

• experience in automotive industry (3 years)
